  • Ensure judicious management of at-risk capital and rigorous risk assessment

  • Identify and secure site options (greenfield/brownfield/co-located) and negotiate site lease/purchase agreements

  • Develop grid interconnection strategy; file and manage grid-interconnection processes and participants, including ISOs/RTOs and utilities

  • Develop and negotiate community benefits agreements
